We take pride in our fast customer service,
please keep in mind that new designs are made to order. Most items are shipped
out within 3-5 business days from receiving your order
unless otherwise noted. We ship orders Monday - Friday excluding
holidays and weekends using USPS Priority Mail
with delivery confirmation.
If an item is unavailable,
you will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged.
North Carolina residents will be subject to
7% sales tax on their order.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
We are happy to issue a refund on any regular priced item under the following
conditions:
Clearance and sale priced items are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on discounted items.
Shipping cost is not refundable
Item must be returned in its original unworn
condition with all tags still attached.
Item must be received within one week, and
original packaging receipt must be included with any returned item.
We will gladly exchange any regular priced
item for a different size, provided it is in its original unworn condition
and all tags are still attached. The exchange will be for the same item in
a different size, good only on regular priced merchandise. Items being exchanged
for size purpose must be returned within one week.
